Welcome to our well-maintained home in the quiet and highly desirable Knob Hill community. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, planning a golf getaway, or visiting Augusta for the Masters Tournament or the Augusta National Women's Amateur (ANWA), our home offers a comfortable, relaxing, and welcoming place to stay. Conveniently located approximately 13 miles from Augusta National Golf Club and just 4.8 miles from Champions Retreat Golf Club, where the first two rounds of the ANWA are played, our home provides easy access to both tournament venues. The house features five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, with a total of six beds, including one king-size bed in the primary suite and five queen-size beds. A fully equipped kitchen, breakfast area, separate dining room, spacious living room, high-speed Wi-Fi, multiple Smart TVs, and a washer and dryer make the home ideal for both short and extended stays. The living room features an 85-inch Smart TV, perfect for watching tournament coverage or enjoying movies with family and friends after a day on the course. The kitchen has been thoughtfully prepared with the essential appliances, cookware, and utensils to help you comfortably prepare meals during your stay. Whether you're making a quick breakfast before heading to the course or preparing dinner after a day at the Masters, you'll have everything you need for an enjoyable meal at home. If you need any additional kitchen items, please let us know before your arrival, and we'll do our best to have them ready whenever possible. The bright sunroom is equipped with a yoga mat, an exercise bike, a weight bench, dumbbells, and stretching equipment, providing a comfortable space for light exercise or stretching. For your added comfort, two full-body massage chairs are also available—one on each floor—for guests to enjoy. Step outside to enjoy the spacious private backyard and the covered pergola deck, complete with a dining table that comfortably seats six. It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, share a meal, or simply relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. Each bathroom is stocked with a hair dryer, fresh towels, complimentary shampoo and conditioner, and other essentials. Fresh bed linens and bath towels are provided for every guest to help ensure a comfortable stay. Pet Policy Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. Up to two dogs are permitted. A $200 pet fee per dog, per stay applies. We can accommodate small- and medium-sized dogs only. Please let us know about your dog(s) before booking. Please note that pets have previously stayed in the home. Guests with pet allergies may wish to consider this before making a reservation. To help keep the home clean and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture, that pet waste be cleaned up promptly, and that pets not be left unattended in the home for extended periods. Pets should also remain under their owner's supervision while outdoors. Any additional cleaning or damage resulting from pets may incur an additional charge. Guests have access to the entire home except for the locked owner's storage room and the garage, which are reserved for the host's personal use. Parking is available for up to six vehicles in the driveway, with additional street parking available if needed. Check-in is quick and convenient with our self check-in smart lock system. A unique access code will be provided before your arrival to ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in. Smoking Policy This is a completely non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property. Additional cleaning fees may apply if this policy is violated. I strive to be as responsive and flexible as possible.
