Two additional suites w/ 55" TVs, (1 king, 1 queen adjustable) and private baths. The large master suite has an adjustable split king Sleep Number bed, 77" TV w/ private bath and 2 queen beds. It also has a screened porch with access to an open deck and stairs leading to the backyard in-ground pool. Main level is an open concept space featuring kitchen w/ breakfast bar (seats 4), 1 large dining table (seats 8), 1 small dining table (seats 4), and spacious living room (seats 9-11) w/ wood-burning fireplace and 77" TV. Movie/game den features 2 small sofas, 77" TV, popcorn machine, and tabletop video game console w/ over 400 games. Also has 2 remote controls for Apple Arcade. (Can swap sofas to 2 twin beds if desired with advance notice). Office features large desk, monitor and printer available for use. Additional beds can be placed in office as well, with advance notice. When requesting additional beds, know that the office and den only have access to a half bath. Guests in these spaces will need to use the outdoor bathroom or one of the 5 bathrooms inside the other bedrooms. Backyard features a kitchen w/ gas grill, sink, trash bin and small fridge; heated 14'x38' pool (4.5'-6.5' deep) suitable for volleyball, basketball or other splash games (ABSOLUTELY NO DIVING). Tanning shelf fits 2-4 loungers. Pool area has 6 loungers 2 umbrellas w/ additional seating inside the pool edge. The 8'x 8' heated jacuzzi spills over into the pool fits 8+. The Firepit area has 6-8 chairs. Smoking allowed outside only (on front porch and firepit area.) Driveway fits 6 vehicles. Additional street parking is available as long as no driveways are blocked but not on the grass.
