The breakfast table overlooks the pond, and expands to comfortably seat up to six people, with two additional spaces at the breakfast bar. Enjoy dinners in the casual dining room that is straight out of a magazine! This table also expands to accommodate up to 10 people. There is also a half-bath and a fully-stocked laundry room on the ground floor. The downstairs master bedroom features a split-king adjustable base bed with Tempur-Pedic and Ghost matresses, and the attached master bathroom has a dual vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and separate water closet. Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (Purple mattress) and overlooks the backyard and pond. The second bedroom has an adjustable base twin-XL bed (Ghost mattress), as well as a spacious seating area. The third bedroom (bonus room, above garage) features two twin beds, a TV viewing area, plus a foosball table! All bedrooms have ceiling fans and HD TVs with Roku streaming media players. Paid subscriptions include Disney+, Hulu, YouTube TV (75+ live streaming channels, to include the Golf Channel), plus many more. All three full baths each have a hairdryer. For outdoor fun, there is Bocce ball, cornhole, and croquet sets available, plus fishing poles if you'd like to toss a line in the pond!
