The 4800 total sqft home has several large decks and patios to host your picturesque golf parties and/or to just relax after a long day on the green.  Two of those decks overlook the Savannah River, while the other two create a tranquil place to sit and socialize with your guest or enjoy a morning cup of coffee.  The first floor has a master style suite, laundry, kitchen, dining, living room, and 2 patios w/large hot tub.  The second floor has the primary master suite, two additional bedrooms w/en suite baths, and patios off the bedrooms. The third floor is the library and game room, where you will find plenty of books and games to pass along during rainy delays or the game is unfortunately suspended due to conditions. The fourth level is our impressive 360 degree view of the river, pool, and exclusive River island community, where we personally sit to enjoy a cup of coffee as the sun rises over the Savannah river or a glass of wine at sunset. There are a total of 11 wall mounted flat screen televisions throughout the house and three located outdoors so you never miss a stroke of the big game. A massive 90 inch television in the living room, 75 inch in the upstairs master bedroom, and 55 inch televisions throughout the rest of the interior/exterior of the house/patios/garage. This house comes with an oversized garage that fits two extended Suburbans at the same time, a 55 inch television, extra activities, and a 2023 gas golf cart (Club Car) to tour our beautiful community.  Whether it is indoor or outdoor living you seek during your stay, this home has a little of everything and is waiting for you to rent! We are willing to negotiate rental prices for a multiple year rental, more years means better deal. A multiple year contract allows us to build a better relationship with you and tailor even more to what you want, need, or wish to have during your stay. COMMUNITY: First River Island is one of the most desirable rental locations during Masters, several corporations (such as Mercedes, Visa, AT&T) and players have been known to rent blocks of homes within our community, to include the 2023 Masters winner who rented just a couple houses from us and was spotted walking down the road with his family. *Enjoy their company, but please be respectful of their privacy, thank you* CLEANING: Our House Manager will tailor her cleaning to your specific needs, whether it is a daily cleaning with new sheets every day or no service because you want your privacy, we are contracted to pay a flat fee no matter how much or little she does. Our House Manager is EXCLUSIVE to our home ONLY, so her attention to details is impeccable, because she isn't in a hurry to move on to the next house. Our House Manager has gone through rigorous background checks and is a trusted valuable part of our Masters experience.
