Listing your home with Masters Housing is easier than ever with our new online service. If you have listed with us before, please call us at 706.821.1300 to get your username and password or click here to find your listing. After logging in you will be able to change property information, upload pictures, pay processing fee and we will do the rest. If you have never listed with us, simply click Register Now.
If you prefer to apply by mail, please follow the steps below or call 706-821-1300.
Both methods require current photographs. Quality photos ensure that your home is represented at its best. They are also invaluable when matching renters to listings and when determining appropriate rental fees.

To apply by mail:
- download these PDFs:
- complete and sign the forms including both the Homeowner Application and Request for Listing
- enclose $25 non-refundable processing fee and photo CD
- mail form and fee to: Masters Housing Bureau, PO Box 1837, Augusta, GA 30903-1837 or Masters Housing Bureau, 701 Greene Street, Augusta, GA 30901
A CD is required and must include each room including bedrooms, bathrooms, and exterior shots.
Rental rates are generally determined by standard criteria such as property size, location, floor plan, etc. As with any rental property, the quality of the furnishings and decor along with amenities such as pools, number of TVs and a billiard room will enhance the home's rental value.
- a $25 processing fee due upon receipt of application.
- a listing fee is due in the amount of 7% of the rented home rate, once your home is rented.
