Places to eat are within 10 minutes in all directions and you're less than 10 minutes to downtown. 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths, updated kitchen with heated floors. Our kitchen has a dual oven, farm sink, plenty of counter space, a wet bar with a mini fridge. There are two separate living areas with fire places as well as big flat screen Tv's. Plenty of places to lounge and relax after a long day on the course. Our wrap around sofa is big enough to sleep another person, as well. Our single beds are put up in storage and we put them up as requested/needed (very comfy beds!!). Utility room with washer and dryer are available. There is a main and second floor, our flight consists of only 5 stairs, so it is not hard to get around. Nice flagstone patio in the backyard, lights wrap around the yard so it's well lit at night! There is also a fire place with plenty of seating to relax around if the nights turn cool enough. Accommodations can be made upon requests.
